Winners-Day and Welcome!

Here we are again ... Wednesday already. But this is no normal Wednesday ... today I would like to introduce you to our two new Design Team Members. So ... without further ado ... here is a little bit about them ...
Hello - Sarah here! I am a English 'gal' just turned 40, returning to live in the UK with my Belgian hubby after years of globe-trotting. I trained as a dancer and choreographer and have spent most of my life in theatres, living out of a suitcase! I have always loved to be creative and busy - be it dancing, baking, sewing or writing! I have a true love of imagery and composition, collecting cards for many years. Four years ago, a decision to make my own and a visit to a craft shop introduced me to my first ink-pad and stamp. The rest, as they say is history... I love to play with ink, paint, paper, lace, stamps, ephemera and have a undeniable passion for all things vintage. I started blogging last year and I am enjoying sharing the moments of my new journey. I am just thrilled to be joining the SSS&S DT team and look forward to oodles of inspiration and creative discoveries with everyone. Hanging out at

I have always loved art and the challenge of creating. But when I became a mother, my artistic journey gave way to the needs of my family. Now that my children are grown and having babies of their own, I am rediscovering my artistic self. This rekindled creative journey began 4 years ago, when my daughter asked me to help her create a scrapbook for my soon to be first born grandson. I immediately fell in love with paper crafting. It didn’t take long for me to find my “niche” in mixed media art. I particularly love the vintage/heirloom style. To take something brand new and make it look like it’s been tucked away in an attic for years and years fascinates me. I love learning and experimenting with all sorts of elements and mediums. I am so thankful for the opportunity to be a member of the Simon Says Stamp and Show Design Team. I hope that my work will inspire others.

We are very excited to have these very talented peeps on our team and we hope you will join us in wishing them well.
